Financial Business Performance Analyst (ALM)

About the role

The Financial Business Performance Analyst (ALM) will support the bank’s balance‑sheet management by monitoring liquidity, funding needs and key risk indicators. You will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk Management and other units to ensure accurate reporting and strategic analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly liquidity positions, cash balances and funding requirements, identifying potential gaps or mismatches.
• Support analysis of the balance‑sheet structure, including assets, liabilities, funding mix, maturity profiles and major movements.
• Prepare regular reports on liquidity, interest‑rate risk, capital and other balance‑sheet management indicators.
• Develop, maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards and management information tools for balance‑sheet oversight.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Risk Management, branches and other departments to collect data and support balance‑sheet activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, working papers and supporting analysis for management decisions and regulatory review.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, operational efficiency and analytical tools.
• Contribute to departmental projects, system enhancements, policy updates and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, banking, accounting, business administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in balance‑sheet management, ALM, treasury, liquidity or risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating with internal stakeholders.
