Management Associate – Treasury Division

About the role

The Treasury Division is seeking a Management Associate to support the oversight of Nostro accounts, foreign currency assets, and related funding activities. This role offers exposure to core treasury operations and the chance to work closely with finance and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management and monitoring of Nostro accounts and funding activities.
• Supervise and monitor foreign currency (FCY) assets and prepare timely management reports.
• Coordinate and liaise with Finance and other relevant departments.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from related departments.
• Assist in preparing management reports and presentations.
• Calculate the bank's FCY Nostro assets and generate related reports.
• Support treasury‑related projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration (foreign university).
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA are a plus.
• Relevant banking industry experience is essential.
• Experience in Treasury Operations, FCY Operations, ALM, or Middle Office functions preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury products, and financial markets.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Myanmar language required.
