About the role
The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of a foreign pharmaceutical company operating in Yangon. Reporting directly to the Country Director and the corporate head office, you will ensure robust budgeting, compliance, and financial planning across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, budgeting processes and regulatory compliance.
- Drive financial planning, profit‑and‑loss analysis and prepare regular management reports for senior leadership.
- Manage tax compliance with Myanmar authorities (IRD/DICA) and ensure accurate filing.
- Supervise complex multi‑SKU inventory costing to support product profitability.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to handle budgeting, financial analysis and inventory costing in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
