Experienced Tax Preparer

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Tax Preparer to join our fast‑paced team. You will work directly with clients, preparing individual, trust and partnership tax returns while delivering exceptional service in a flexible‑schedule environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships.
• Interact with clients to gather necessary documentation and answer tax‑related questions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate filings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education programs.

Required profile

• At least one tax season of experience completing individual, trust or partnership returns.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
• Background in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or related fields.
