Jackson Hewitt is seeking an Experienced Tax Preparer to join its franchise network. You will use your tax expertise to deliver high‑quality individual, trust, and partnership tax returns while providing outstanding client service in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare individual, trust, and partnership tax returns accurately and on time.
• Deliver exceptional client service, answering tax‑related questions and offering guidance.
• Stay current with federal and state tax laws and regulations.
• Assist clients with tax planning and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum of one tax season experience preparing individual, trust, or partnership returns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• PTIN certification.
