Distributor Sales Executive

About the role

The Distributor Sales Executive will develop and manage the retail distribution network for low‑voltage electrical products in Yangon and surrounding regions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage and strengthening relationships with distributors and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the low‑voltage retail business in Yangon and assigned territories.
• Identify and expand retail distribution channels, including dealers, wholesalers and retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to ensure long‑term collaboration.
• Provide technical support and product training on low‑voltage products to customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to uncover business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and regular performance updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Support pricing strategies, promotions and marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy accounts receivable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in low‑voltage electrical products or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical products, retail distribution and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Myanmar; Chinese is an advantage.
