Demand Planner Executive (Inbound)

About the role

FairDeal Co., Ltd. is seeking a Demand Planner Executive to join its fast‑growing supply‑chain team across Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. The role focuses on inbound demand planning, collaborating with sales, marketing, inventory, and overseas suppliers to forecast product demand and optimise stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operations are timely, efficient and cost‑effective.
• Analyse inventory flow and develop accurate demand‑forecast models.
• Forecast sales volume using historical data and market trends.
• Identify potential risks and recommend proactive solutions.
• Conduct regular meetings with sales teams to review territory trends.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery delays and inventory‑related matters.
• Monitor forecasts for new, seasonal, promotional and discounted products.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams on demand‑planning activities.
• Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Work closely with overseas suppliers on production planning and forecasting.

Required profile

• Highly analytical with strong communication skills.
• Strong understanding of mathematical and forecasting techniques.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and present findings effectively.

• ERP system knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Data analysis and statistical forecasting methods.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain processes.
