About the role
Logiscool, a leading provider of coding and digital literacy education for children, is expanding its operations in Myanmar. The Country Sales Manager will lead the sales function across all centres, driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships and ensuring the profitability of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute country‑wide sales strategies, pricing and promotional plans to meet targets and maximise revenue.
- Lead, recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing sales team, monitoring performance and allocating resources effectively.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Service, Finance, HR and Business Development to strengthen sales effectiveness, expand B2B opportunities and ensure sustainable growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in education or similar service sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and develop strategic partnerships with institutions and businesses.
