Corporate Relationship Manager – Corporate Sales

About the role

The Corporate Relationship Manager will lead and motivate a corporate sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets while also building a personal portfolio of corporate clients. This role combines people management, business development, and deep knowledge of life insurance solutions for corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the Corporate Sales Team to meet assigned sales targets.
• Set individual and team targets, develop action plans and monitor performance daily, weekly and monthly.
• Accompany sales staff on client meetings to support presentations, negotiations and closing.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and training during client appointments.
• Develop and maintain a personal sales pipeline and generate new corporate business opportunities.
• Prospect through client visits, networking, referrals and business development activities.
• Support team members in building their pipelines and converting prospects.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and identify performance gaps.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and insurance regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance Sales, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in life insurance, corporate sales, business development or relationship management.
• Valid Life Insurance License.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets under pressure.
• Professional attitude with a customer‑service mindset.
