Computing & ICT Teacher for Secondary School

About the role

The Computing & ICT Teacher will deliver engaging lessons that develop students' digital literacy, computational thinking and problem‑solving abilities. The role involves creating a safe, inclusive classroom where technology is used responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver Computing and ICT lessons covering digital literacy, programming, coding, computer systems, networking, cybersecurity, databases and emerging technologies.
• Design and administer assessments, monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents.
• Maintain an organized ICT lab, ensure proper use of equipment and promote responsible digital citizenship.
• Participate in curriculum development, collaborate with colleagues and support extracurricular activities such as coding clubs or robotics competitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Computing, ICT or Computer Science, preferably in an international or Cambridge/IGCSE environment.
• Teaching qualification or certification is preferred.
