Native English Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a native English speaker to join our secondary department and deliver engaging English lessons that develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive English lessons.
• Create a positive, student‑centered learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Integrate technology and creative teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
• Participate in curriculum planning, school events, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate student records and uphold safeguarding standards.

Required profile

• Native English speaker with excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field.
• Valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, state license) or ESL certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA).
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in an international or bilingual school.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with international curricula (Cambridge, IB, etc.) is an advantage.
• Passion for teaching, cultural awareness, adaptability, and commitment to student success.
