Internal Event Executive

About the role

The Internal Event Executive will lead the planning, preparation and execution of events and activities that engage prospects, students and referrals across Auston College’s campuses. This role coordinates with multiple departments to ensure smooth delivery and reporting of each event.

Key responsibilities

• Capture event requirements from stakeholders, draft and obtain sign‑off for an events calendar.
• Lead conception, preparation and invitation processes for internal and external activities.
• Coordinate production of marketing materials in partnership with the marketing team.
• Manage cross‑department communications to ensure successful event execution.
• Oversee venue decoration, post‑event cleanup and budget management.
• Collect feedback, track attendance and produce insightful event reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong communication skills in both Myanmar and English (WSE Level 10).
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work under pressure, including evenings and weekends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to foster an inspiring team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
