About the role
Join our team as a Channel Operation Officer and take part in improving our business operations, enhancing staff performance, and driving channel efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze business performance reports.
- Conduct surveys and report findings to management.
- Provide training on product knowledge, new policies, and campaigns.
- Ensure operational compliance and smooth channel processes.
- Manage SIM‑kit, top‑up, and e‑money transactions.
- Solve operational issues effectively.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong English communication (written and verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for business trips when required.
