Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for a solar energy company by identifying new market opportunities and building strong client relationships. This full‑time position is based in Yangon with regular travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across various sectors.
• Conduct market research and networking to find potential customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and business partners.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals.
• Support tender processes, ensuring timely submission of all required documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth inter‑departmental communication.
• Attend customer meetings, conduct site visits, and follow up on ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering background preferred).
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
