Branch Operations Executive

About the role

The Branch Operations Executive is responsible for supervising, operating, and managing all processes within assigned branches. This role ensures that daily activities align with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards while driving performance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall performance of assigned branches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Branch In‑Charges and support teams.
• Manage warehouse functions including inventory receiving, storage, picking, and delivery.
• Monitor Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA), On‑Time Delivery (OTD), stock aging, and inventory losses.
• Control branch expenses, cash management, financial reporting, and accounting procedures.
• Ensure branches meet legal, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.
• Oversee branch facilities, assets, equipment, and vehicles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in branch operations, preferably in distribution.
• Strong people‑management skills with experience in coordinating, supervising, and motivating teams.
• Highly self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to travel frequently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
