Assistant Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations, ensure compliance with SOPs, and assist in inventory and stock control.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and implement SOPs related to warehouse processes to meet expectations.
• Oversee warehouse operations, distribution, procedures, and processes.
• Drive the warehouse team to correct and prevent issues in processes.
• Assist in inventory control, stock control, dispatching, and warehousing operations.
• Oversee warehouse management systems and provide troubleshooting support in line with company policies.
• Utilize ERP systems and tools, including SAP Material Management Module, for warehouse processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management, logistics, accounting, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year with ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills in English and Myanmar.
