Branch Incharge (Mawlamyine)

About the role

Lead and manage overall branch operations, overseeing warehouse, logistics, finance, administration, and HR functions to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient functioning of all departments.
• Supervise department coordinators in Logistics, Admin, Finance, and HR.
• Monitor warehouse and logistics activities, including dispatches, stock movements, and inventory control.
• Review financial reports, budgets, and expense records; approve payments and purchases within authorized limits.
• Manage staff attendance, leave, performance, and support recruitment and development.
• Submit regular branch performance reports to Head Office and act as the main liaison.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in operations or branch management.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of warehouse, finance, and HR processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Basic reporting tools.
