Operation Coordinator – Financial Services

About the role

PayMe Solution is seeking a detail‑oriented Operation Coordinator to support daily operations, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and ensure timely completion of tasks across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on daily operational tasks assigned by the Operation Manager.
• Facilitate activities among Regional Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, CSO/CSS staff and the Agent Network Team.
• Monitor progress of operation plans, field activities, enrollment, branch support and initiatives against timelines.
• Arrange manpower, transportation, equipment, POSM and other resources for field activities.
• Process operational requests to Finance, Admin, HR, IT/Data, Marketing/Brand and other departments.
• Maintain trackers for tasks, requests, issues, PICs, deadlines, status and escalations.
• Collect, verify and consolidate operational data and prepare KPI reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational controls and service standards, reporting gaps to the Operation Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Administration or a similar role.
• Strong coordination, follow‑up, reporting and task‑tracking abilities.
• Willingness to travel for field operations and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
