About the role

This full-time, on-site Banking Advisor role is based in Yangon and focuses on supporting customers with life insurance and related financial solutions. The Banking Advisor provides personalized consulting to walk‑in and referred clients, explains insurance and financial products, and guides customers in selecting suitable coverage aligned with their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow‑up.
• Prepare basic financial and policy documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales and service targets.

• Support customers in selecting appropriate insurance coverage.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust‑based relationships with diverse customers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of finance and basic financial products, with the ability to explain life insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in relevant local languages; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation and client records.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is beneficial.
