Automotive Sales Manager – Showroom

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its automotive showroom in Yangon. You will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, expanding market share, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across both ICE and EV product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the showroom sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and business growth.
• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring smooth customer handling and compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and regularly track achievement.
• Train, coach, motivate, and evaluate sales team members.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans for management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to support promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales or sales management with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Good customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Understanding of automotive/EV sales and showroom operations.
• Ability to analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Fluent in Myanmar and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with sales reporting tools.
