About the role
The Senior Sales Supervisor will lead daily supermarket operations, ensuring sales targets are met while controlling shrinkage. This role focuses on product presentation, inventory management and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the supermarket.
- Monitor sales targets and control shrinkage.
- Oversee product replacement and effective display guidelines.
- Implement FIFO & FEFO systems and manage expiry dates.
- Assign shifts, manage subordinates and allocate tasks.
- Develop staff to provide effective customer service.
- Handle customer complaints.
Required profile
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong collaboration, team motivation and people development skills.
