Enterprise Sales Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Sales Manager will work full‑time in a hybrid setting based in Yangon, combining on‑site client engagement with some remote work. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies to grow key FMCG accounts, expand market coverage and build long‑term partnerships with brands and large retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify enterprise leads, conduct high‑impact sales presentations and manage the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with sales operations and distribution teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and deliveries.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor account performance and analyse sales data to provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and operations to align solutions with client needs and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably within FMCG, distribution or related industries.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
