Associate, Vendor Onboarding

About the role

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring an Associate, Vendor Onboarding in Mandalay. The role supports vendors through tablet setup and training, keeps track of tablet and paper supplies, and acts as a key point of contact for vendor-related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deploy tablets with local SIM cards.
• Communicate with vendors and give them proper training, on-site or at the office.
• Maintain good relations with vendors and other third parties.
• Monitor stock levels of tablets and paper rolls.
• Coordinate bug reports and change requests, including vendor-facing and internal projects.
• Report damaged, lost or stolen tablets to the line manager and finance department, and advise on replacement.
• Keep the line manager and supervisors informed of progress and report ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/English or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience managing web and mobile consumer projects as a project or tech specialist in an e-commerce company; similar experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Jira, Salesforce and Confluence is preferable.
• Willingness to learn and explore new tools.
