Assistant Supervisor & Senior Associate – Digital Finance

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor and Senior Associate to join our Digital Finance Department. The role focuses on daily settlement, general ledger reconciliation, and dispute resolution within a fast‑moving banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily MMQR settlement and General Ledger (GL) reconciliation to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Conduct Core Banking GL and Merchant Settlement GL reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Investigate, coordinate, and resolve MMQR dispute cases with internal teams, merchants, and service providers.
• Monitor and clear unreconciled MMQR transactions, meeting required turnaround times.
• Process and verify Bioderma settlement transactions according to operational procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation, settlement, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations, digital finance, payment operations, or reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
