Assistant HR Operations Manager – Yangon

About the role

The Assistant HR Operations Manager will work on‑site in Yangon, supporting the daily HR functions of a growing trading company. This full‑time position ensures that employee records, payroll, and HR processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities.
• Coordinate employee relations, welfare matters, and internal communications.
• Support performance review processes and HR policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Collaborate with finance and department heads on payroll and HR matters.
• Generate HR administrative reports and support training coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, attendance tracking, and HR procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements.
