Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager specializing in Talent Acquisition to drive our recruitment lifecycle and support overall HR operations. The role will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, and selection activities.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality talent.
• Oversee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment databases and monitor key hiring metrics.
• Support HR operations, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and general HR functions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Results‑driven with strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
