About the role

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Technician Manager to lead our technical team. The role involves overseeing the maintenance, installation and safe operation of amusement machines and related equipment, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Manage and supervise the technician team, including scheduling, daily task allocation and reporting.
Oversee installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of amusement machines and equipment.
Plan, implement and monitor preventive maintenance programmes.
Enforce safety standards and operational procedures.
Coordinate with senior management to support smooth daily operations.
Train and develop technicians to improve performance and efficiency.

Required profile

Proven experience in technical or engineering fields.
Experience managing or supervising a technician team.
Strong problem‑solving, leadership and communication abilities.
Responsible, proactive and able to work under pressure.
