Electrical Maintenance Technician / Senior Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Technician or Senior Technician to lead electrical maintenance activities, plan and schedule corrective and preventive work, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance, liaise with operations, prioritize jobs, manage spares and allocate resources.
• Implement initiatives to optimise assets, adopting predictive and preventive maintenance, failure finding, redesigning and running‑to‑failure approaches.
• Maintain risk registers, take part in safety walk‑downs, implement safety initiatives and promote good safety practices.
• Develop maintenance procedures, risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe execution of work.
• Ensure maintenance activities and plant equipment comply with statutory requirements.
• Assist in maintenance‑related projects to improve workflow and processes.
• Lead in‑house contractor management.
• Receive and review spare parts, coding, SAP notifications and prepare PTW in the SAP system.
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of shutdown and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Promote HSE awareness and process safety within the plant.

Required profile

• Technician must lead in‑house contractor management.
• Awareness of HSE and process safety of the plant.

• Experience with SAP (notification and PTW handling).
