About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end‑to‑end resourcing strategy, driving hiring initiatives that secure critical talent for the business. This senior partner will work closely with leadership to translate workforce plans into actionable recruitment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition projects aligned with long‑term workforce planning.
• Analyse market trends, industry benchmarks and competitor hiring strategies to inform proactive talent mapping.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify critical roles and develop strategic hiring initiatives.
• Lead employer branding efforts to position the organization as an employer of choice.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and market‑intelligence tools to engage high‑potential candidates.
• Manage relationships with executive search firms, universities and industry networks.
• Define best practices for succession planning and leadership hiring.
• Track and report talent acquisition metrics to continuously optimise the hiring process.
• Stay abreast of emerging recruitment technologies and innovative hiring methodologies.

Required profile

• Significant experience in leadership and niche talent acquisition.
• Proven track record building high‑impact talent pipelines and succession plans.
• HR or recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
• Strong collaborative attitude and ability to maintain stakeholder relationships.
