Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager partners with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies that meet the specific needs of the banking sector. This role ensures a smooth, compliant, and candidate‑centric hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRBP and hiring managers to define workforce requirements and tailor recruitment plans.
• Stay informed on banking industry talent trends and market conditions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
• Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and agencies to attract qualified candidates.
• Provide regular hiring progress updates and market insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with department heads to align talent acquisition with business goals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and communicate the organization’s culture and role expectations.
• Guarantee compliance with legal, regulatory, and banking‑specific hiring standards.
• Keep accurate and up‑to‑date recruitment records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and HR‑related certifications.
• 2‑3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in banking or IT.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and selection technique knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Data‑driven approach to recruitment reporting.
