About the role
Digital Dots is looking for a Senior/Mid WordPress Developer to join our team at our on-site location in Yangon. This full-time role involves developing and maintaining WordPress websites, designing new features, and updating existing themes and plugins.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress.
- Design and implement new features and functionalities.
- Update existing themes and plugins.
- Manage project timelines and communicate with clients regularly.
Required profile
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Can work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong “can-do” attitude and ownership of projects.
- Ability to follow briefs and take direction.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of WordPress theme structure.
- Custom plugin and theme development, including hooks and filters.
- API integrations and troubleshooting.
- RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery).
- PHP web development.
- Version control with Git.
