Senior Property Controller

About the role

The Senior Property Controller will manage and control the company's properties, fixed assets, and related records to ensure proper utilization, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, properties, and equipment across all locations.
• Conduct regular physical inspections and inventory checks in offices, warehouses, and branches.
• Monitor asset condition, usage, and location, addressing discrepancies promptly.
• Track asset movements, transfers, assignments, returns, and disposals with proper documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and replacement activities with relevant departments.
• Reconcile physical asset records with system/financial records and investigate variances.
• Prepare regular asset and property reports for management review.
• Support implementation and improvement of asset control procedures and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in property control, fixed asset management, or similar roles, preferably in FMCG, retail, distribution, or multi‑location businesses.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and record‑keeping skills.
• Good coordination and communication abilities to work with various departments and locations.
• Willingness to travel to branches, warehouses, or other company sites as needed.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
