About the role
Join Jackson Hewitt as an Entry‑Level Seasonal Tax Preparer and conduct one‑on‑one tax interviews with clients. You will begin building your own book of business while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Interview clients to gather tax information and prepare individual federal and state returns.
- Provide accurate tax advice, answer client questions, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering extraordinary customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to learn tax preparation and obtain PTIN certification.
