About the role
Support sales growth and maintain strong business relationships with Modern Trade customers by managing orders, coordinating promotions, and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer orders, verify delivery dates, prices, promotions and product availability.
- Prepare promotion proposals, coordinate schedules with customers and follow up on confirmations.
- Introduce new products, present samples and track customer feedback and listing status.
- Handle invoice issues, rebate errors and delivery complaints.
- Coordinate delivery plans and manage near‑expiry product acceptance.
Required profile
- Graduate with 1–2 years sales experience, preferably in FMCG or Modern Trade.
- Experience dealing with supermarkets, convenience stores or organized retail customers is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
