Sales & Marketing Executive (EPC & Oil & Gas)

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive business growth for Alpha ECC by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing commercial quotations, and supporting marketing initiatives across EPC, oil & gas, construction, fabrication, maintenance and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• New business development and client visits
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, follow up on leads
• Prepare commercial quotations and support proposal creation
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
• Manage CRM system data to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate internally with project, technical, procurement and finance teams
• Assist with marketing campaigns, exhibitions and event organization
• Monitor market intelligence and competitor activities
• Focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce or a related field
• 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in EPC, oil & gas, fabrication or industrial sectors
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and willing to travel for client meetings
