Sales Manager – Property Development

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our property sales team in Yangon. The role involves driving revenue and occupancy for Maha Land’s portfolio of residential, commercial and cultural projects, while ensuring a client‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
• Manage client relationships, conduct property presentations, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales campaigns with product launches.
• Prepare regular sales reports, analyse market trends and provide pricing and positioning recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold high standards of professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within real estate or property development.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to set targets, forecast sales and analyse performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Myanmar language proficiency is an advantage.
