Real Estate Analyst

About the role

The Analyst will work on-site in Yangon, collecting and analysing real‑estate market data to support client advisory, valuations and transaction decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate data on property prices, vacancy rates, investment yields and demographic trends.
• Prepare reports, presentations and financial models for clients and senior consultants.
• Benchmark properties and asset types, monitor local and regional market developments.
• Maintain databases and ensure accurate documentation for client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent research, reporting and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with real‑estate concepts and investment analysis; experience in frontier or emerging markets is a plus.
• Professional integrity and ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Yangon.
