Campus Manager

About the role

The Campus Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a Yoma Land campus in Yangon, ensuring a safe, well‑maintained and welcoming environment for residents, tenants, visitors and partners. This full‑time, on‑site position coordinates facilities, security, maintenance and community activities while acting as the primary point of contact for all campus‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and property management, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, lifts, water supply and waste management.
• Ensure security operations, front‑office services, housekeeping and cleaning meet corporate standards.
• Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to maximise asset reliability.
• Manage the campus budget (OPEX and CAPEX), track expenditures and provide variance analysis.
• Lead, coach and develop the Campus/Facilities Management team.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Plan and execute community engagement, orientation and training programmes.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or campus management within a real‑estate or large‑scale property environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on safety and service quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
