Sales Data Administrator

About the role

The Sales Data Administrator supports the Sales Team and Management by ensuring that sales, stock, and performance data are accurate, up‑to‑date, and readily available for reporting. This position plays a key role in data collection, maintenance, and analysis to drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, update, and maintain daily and weekly sales data.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales, stock, and performance reports.
• Analyze sales data using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to verify data accuracy.
• Monitor and organize sales databases and records.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or missing information.
• Submit timely reports to Management.
• Support the Sales Team with data‑related requests and reporting needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, data management, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
