Agency Unit Manager

About the role

The Agency Unit Manager leads a team of financial advisors, driving growth of Prudential’s insurance solutions and expanding client reach. This role combines leadership, sales, and relationship building to strengthen the agency’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and lead a high‑performing team of financial advisors.
• Promote Prudential’s insurance products and grow the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain customer trust through personal branding and networking.
• Organise insurance awareness seminars and business opportunity programmes to influence the industry.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a management role, preferably in finance, banking or insurance.
• Background in sales and marketing is a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
