Sales Administrator – Data Analysis & Customer Support

About the role

The Sales Administrator will ensure accurate sales data management, support invoicing and payment processes, and act as a liaison between customers, vendors and internal teams. This role is essential for maintaining sales performance metrics and delivering timely reports to management.

Key responsibilities

• Control and maintain sales data analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
• Update daily sales reports for relevant business units and senior management.
• Collaborate with team members to process sales invoices, payments and schedule deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up.
• Support the achievement of sales KPI targets and overall team performance.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a sales administrator, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented with problem‑solving skills.
