Regional Manager – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead multiple station and warehouse operations across the assigned region for Ninja Van Myanmar. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with standard operating procedures while driving key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily station activities, ensuring SOP adherence, safety standards, and high service quality.
• Manage manpower allocation, parcel flow, sorting accuracy and dispatch efficiency to meet turnaround targets.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as Customer Service, Fleet, Finance, HR, IT and Commercial to resolve issues and align operations.
• Monitor operational metrics, prepare performance reports and identify risks for mitigation.
• Develop and implement cost‑control initiatives, manage budgets and pursue continuous‑improvement projects.
• Lead and coach station and warehouse teams, set KPIs, and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Address customer complaints promptly and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or operations management.
• Proven track record in station/warehouse management and parcel movement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple teams and travel as needed.
