Quality Assurance Coordinator – GSP, GDP & 7S Compliance

About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports and coordinates QA activities to ensure operational compliance with Good Storage Practice (GSP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), 7S methodology and other local or regional requirements. The role monitors quality standards, maintains documentation, investigates complaints and drives continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Verify daily operations against GSP, GDP and 7S guidelines and any additional regional best practices.
• Assist senior management with operating expenditures and resource efficiency.
• Design, develop and maintain QA procedures, checklists and supporting tools aligned with DKSH global quality policy.
• Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities and support process optimisation.
• Investigate, record and follow up on customer complaints related to product performance.
• Maintain controlled document files and quality records accurately and timely.
• Provide quality awareness training and technical assistance to production teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy or a related medical field.
• Fresh graduate or limited experience in a similar QA role.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9000, ISO 13485 and related quality management systems.
• Understanding of supply‑chain management and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Desirable experience in pharmaceutical or food industry environments.

• 7S methodology (Sorting, Straightening, Shining, Standardize, Sustaining, Safety, Security).
• GMP, ISO 9000, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 compliance.
• Quality assurance tools, concepts and methodologies.
• Data analysis for process improvement.
• Document control and record‑keeping.
