Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports and coordinates QA activities to ensure compliance with Good Storage Practice (GSP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), 7S guidelines and other local or regional requirements. The role monitors standards, maintains documentation, and assists with quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Check operational conformity to GSP, GDP, 7S and other regional best practices.
• Support budget management and efficient resource usage.
• Design and develop QA procedures aligned with global DKSH policy and local regulations.
• Prepare quality checklists, tools and techniques.
• Analyze data to identify improvement areas.
• Investigate and record customer complaints.
• Maintain controlled documents and quality records.
• Provide training on quality awareness and assist production with process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Science, B Pharm or related medical field.
• Fresh graduate or some experience in a similar QA role.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical or food industries.

Required skills

• Understanding of GSP, GDP and 7S methodologies.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9000, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Ability to analyze data and develop quality checklists.
• Competence in maintaining controlled documentation.
