Project Manager – Software Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development initiatives from concept to delivery. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Assemble, lead, and motivate cross‑functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to keep the project aligned with objectives.
• Track progress using Agile or other methodologies and provide regular status reports.
• Monitor risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve conflicts throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and implement best‑practice project management techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related field (master’s or PMP a plus).
• 5+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in software development.
• Proven ability to manage Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high adaptability.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
