Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Yoma Land is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects across the Pun Hlaing Estate development. The role involves overseeing projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a multi‑disciplinary team to monitor site progress and resolve complex issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for the employer/client, handling approvals, contract administration, and cost management.
• Plan procurement strategy, schedule, and implementation for all works and services.
• Participate in contract negotiations and hold contractors accountable to contractual obligations.
• Oversee coordination of design consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Implement review and approval processes for samples, mock‑ups, benchmarks, shop drawings, and other submissions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering construction projects from conception to completion.
• Strong ability to manage and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Knowledge of contract administration, cost management, and procurement processes.
