Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead and monitor the project team, ensuring smooth construction progress and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the project team and coordinate with subcontractors, clients and consultants.
• Develop and monitor detailed construction programs and work schedules.
• Ensure site work runs smoothly, on time, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee overall project management activities at the site and hold progress meetings with all parties.
• Report to Senior Project Engineer, Chief Engineer and Management, and perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum AGTI Diploma (Civil) or equivalent with relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of building construction experience, including 3 years at managerial level.
• Experience in residential and high‑rise civil construction projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem‑solving, negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Leadership skills to manage a team of project staff and interact with various stakeholders.
