About the role
The company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support construction projects by preparing accurate cost estimates and monitoring budgets. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quantity take‑offs and prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects.
- Prepare monthly project budgets for each site and track actual costs against forecasts.
- Conduct material take‑offs prior to purchase requests and support procurement activities.
- Collaborate with the project team to monitor and control project costs.
Required profile
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
- Ability to analyze problems, work under pressure and negotiate effectively.
- Good communication skills and honesty.
