Production Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations in a dairy‑focused food & beverage plant. You will ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production activities, overseeing milk reconstitution, evaporation, concentration, crystallization, canning, and packaging.
• Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), productivity, yield optimization, and waste‑reduction initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory food safety requirements.
• Manage Cleaning‑in‑Place (CIP) programs and keep production documentation audit‑ready.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational challenges.
• Develop, coach, and motivate production teams to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, quality, and safety.
• Monitor production KPIs and provide timely reports for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of manufacturing experience in FMCG Food & Beverage, with at least 3 years in a Production Manager role.
• Hands‑on experience in dairy, condensed milk, or evaporated milk manufacturing.
