About the role

The Premier Banking Specialist is responsible for managing high‑value client relationships, from onboarding through ongoing service and business development. The role ensures delivery of exclusive Premier Banking privileges while driving portfolio growth and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Premier clients, building long‑term, proactive relationships.
• Coordinate with Head Office and branch teams to deliver seamless banking services.
• Monitor portfolio performance and meet targets for deposits, loans, product penetration, digital adoption, and profitability.
• Conduct regular client visits, prepare call reports, and follow up on action items.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to increase deposits, lending, and digital product usage.
• Support planning and execution of client events, networking activities, and referral generation.
• Maintain deep understanding of client needs to anticipate service requirements.
• Ensure delivery of client privileges in line with the bank’s service standards.
• Comply with KYC, documentation, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
